confusion between checkin clerk and checkout clerk as to wether we had paid or not. Got issue cleared up , but didn't understand why it happened in the 1st place

“Overall decent place for the price.”
Location was good. We were going to visit friends in Neosho, so Joplin was good proximity to our destination. We also thought the cleaning staff did a really good job of making the room feel clean and comfortable! They gave us a discount on the 2nd room we needed because booking.com lied about the space our room would have.
