The staff were so lovely and helpful even sorting us a map to get into the car park. There was lovely coffee and cake when we arrived and dinner that evening, all complimentary and delicious. Breakfast was extensive and equally good. The bed was lovely and comfortable. Great shower. Location was fabulous and we had a lovely walk to the lake and around the front before dinner.

Everything! Hotel is very well located, 6-7 min pleasant walk from the main railway/bus station, famous Matchstick area and lake; 10-15 min pleasant walk from the university campus; 15 min pleasant walk from shopping area. Staff is rather kind, polite, friendly and helpful (especially the guy at the reception desk in night shift, 2-5 Dec 2025). Vey clean hotel, offering high-quality wi-fi. Comfortable, spacious room, with super-comfy bed and pillows - I had a perfect night-rest! I also adored the gentle scent of the bathroom cosmetics, which was rather pleasant for my skin. Breakfast and dinner are delicious - great choice and variety of very tasty food. Fika is also very nice touch. However, it is not only about good food. In Home Hotel Victoria, it is even more about the ambient where you eat! Dining area is amazing and I enjoyed the space itself as much as the food. It is previous inner courtyard, that is covered by rather high glass-roof (so you have a kind of feeling like eating under the sky) and excellently decorated. There was not enough time in my tight business agenda for sauna, but I managed to treat myself once - nice, enjoyable experience. As for the price and value for money, I do believe it is quite ok for Sweden, although a bit expensive for me personally. If I ever visit Jonkoping again, it would be my pleasure to stay here. Meanwhile, heartful recommendation to other guests!

Everything! Great location, comfortable beds. Lovely communal entrance and dining room. Great breakfast, fika and dinner as part of the price. Helpful staff. Jönköping is a great place to visit.

We stayed in a standard room at Hotel Viktoria and absolutely loved it. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt cozy and warm. We really enjoyed not only the delicious and varied breakfast, but also the tasty dinner and the lovely fika in the afternoon. The hotel has a sauna and a gym. This is a place where we would have liked to stay longer.

We had all-inclusive stay for one night - meaning Dinner on arrival day and Breakfast on departure day. The food was very good with buffet and a lot of everything. Staff was fast both in cleaning up and filling up in the Buffet.

The front desk staff were fantastic, especially the young man who was working - I think his name was Antonio, but sincere apologies if I got it wrong. I appreciate his help in learning to pronounce Jönköping! :) Our room was clean and comfortable, and generally suitable for an ambulant wheelchair user. We were also very appreciative of the opportunity to enjoy the fika, evening meal, and breakfast that were all included in the cost of our room. The carrot cake for fika was delicious, the entire supper offered wonderful choices for the meal and breakfast was fantastic. I especially loved the positive messages on my boiled eggs. While that may seem like a little thing, I truly appreciated the happy start to my day. We would definitely stay here again when we next get a chance to stay in Jönköping, especially since I now how to pronounce the name of the city :)

Everything about Home Hotel Victoria was excellent. The location was 5 minutes walk from the railway station and maybe 7 minutes walk from the lively lakeside area of town. The room was fresh, modern, and perfectly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff spoke and understood English perfectly and were so helpful, including helping us check in for our flight home. (Thank you Julia and Maria) Breakfast was excellent and the buffet dinner included in the price was lovely. Finally the value for money was incredible. We would definitely use the hotel again if returning to Jonkoping.

What a great hotel. Welcoming, genuinely friendly and helpful staff. Lovely meals (breakfast and dinner) with tasty high quality food. Shout out to the hard working restaurant staff who stay on top of everything with a smile! Great location in a central but calm and attractive neighbourhood. Our large family room in a corner of the old building was airy, light, spacious and had nice original features. Sofa beds for kids were actually decent and the main bed was comfortable.

“Excellent choice on our way to stockholm”

Staff are very nice. There is an area in the breakfast and restaurant area where you can bring pets. Excellent breakfast. Very good dinner. We unfortunately missed the fika. The garage is in the same building and easy accessible. In the very center of the town.

The rooms are very beautiful and cool in summer!

Fabulous hotel, great staff, renovated rooms and overall great experience! We had a delicious taco buffet included for dinner and a fantastic breakfast buffet. Definitely value for money, I recommend

Staff were exceptionally good, especially Matilda. Food was very good and varied throughout our stay.

The breakfast included in the room is adequate, considering that for the same room price you get afternoon coffee and evening snack on the day of arrival. Very good value for money. There is no other hotel between Helsingborg and Stockholm with such a good price-quality ratio!
