“This is a nightmare!!!!! My child and I weren't allowed into the apartment. They took our money and”
Unfortunately, my child and I were unable to get into the premises. I called the owners and asked for the door code. They promised to send it, but they didn’t. They asked me for a photo of my passport. I took one and sent it via text message, but even after that, they didn’t send the code. I called several times, asking for the code, it was very cold outside. We were very cold. Then I called again, and they cursed me. They told me that I was misbehaving and to get out. This is outrageous!!!!!! I paid the money, but they didn’t send me the code and didn’t let me into the apartment!!!!! My child and I were forced to look for another hotel. We spent the night somewhere else!!!! I wrote to your service several times, but no one answered. Please help me at least get my money back.

The kitchen was large with lots of tools available. The bed is large and cozy. It's close to the railway station and there are plenty of stores nearby

the location is 600 meters from train station which is a big plus. the rooms were spacious, towels and sheets were clean. there are supermarkets and restaurants close by which were good. street parking options was also good.
