“Tired Property in need of maintenance. Not luxury”

The lady who oversees the villa was there to meet us on arrival and was helpful throughout our stay. A nice touch was the provision of a local phone, which we could use to reach her and make local calls, adding to the convenience of our stay. There was an informative Welcome Folder about the amenities in the villa and local attractions, making it easy to navigate and enjoy everything Jolly Harbour and further afield has to offer.

A beautiful, spacious villa which is well presented and has everything you need. The private pool is a good size and the verandah provides lots of outside space for sunbathing/relaxing/dining. The services of both the Estate Manager, Hazel and the driver, Lava could not be faulted. We felt well looked after but without interfering. The villa is close to stunning beaches as well as an excellent supermarket, restaurants, car hire, pharmacy etc. We would love to return.

Great location surrounded by a number of very good restaurants and supermarket near by. A car is essential. so many things to do and see on the island

Location is perfect for the short walk to Jolly Harbour day time or evening. Also perfectly locating for experiencing at least 5 beaches very locally and within minutes. Lots of birds in the garden which is lovely in the morning. Very sunny swimming pool. The garden is well kept and very pretty. Lovely large veranda for breakfast. We also made use of the BBQ which was great fun for one of our evenings in.

Fabulous location, beautiful spacious rooms, lovely view, mellow vibe, exceptional support from the villa owner and support staff at the villa, lots to do nearby and probably located in the nicest part of the island-spectacular beaches nearby

Ffrye’s House is a really wonderful place to stay in Antigua. It’s well – situated on the island and close to a good number of the finer beaches. It has a great beach bar, restaurants and a supermarket very close. It’s right beside Jolly Harbour from where you can be picked up at the marina to go on excursions. The house has everything you could need to be comfortable. It’s very airy with high ceilings and the bedrooms are cool and shaded, all with bathrooms. There’s plenty of space so that you never feel closed -in. The lounge, kitchen and dining areas are large and very comfortable. There’s plenty of furniture for eating, sitting or lazing on the veranda and around the well – maintained, refreshing pool. The garden is home to very tame and hungry birds. The atmosphere in and around the house allows you to feel completely relaxed and at peace, exactly how you’d want to be on holiday. We fully recommend it to anyone.
