The owner very rude. Very bad in communicating. Already booking two weeks early but when it’s time to check in, she said there’s no room available! Never saying sorry. I already contact them a week before asking them how to check in, what the instructions but got no replies untill 30 minutes before check in and they suddenly replied that there’s no room. Nonsense

“LOCATION IS GREAT ONLY IF YOU'RE GOING TO LEGOLAND. Otherwise it's very very far from JB city centre”
Beautiful unit, clean, spacious and comfortable. Bath gel and shampoo provided, good quality toilet paper, good quality towels, washer and dryer available (but dryer function did not work well despite many attempts, clothes remained wet). Lots of onsite parking

1. Aircon in master bedroom is defective and not working properly at all. It’s so hot even though we set the temp to 16dc. 2. The mattresses for both bedroom are so hard, like a board, we can’t even have a proper rest. 3. The air conditioning control display for living room control is defective. Feedback to Owner, request compensation for this bad experience and this is the reply from them: 1. Not one feedback about the aircon to them before, they need to check first. 2. They can’t do anything for the mattresses, they are China Brand.
