“Great stay.”
The apartment was clean and spacious for family of 6. Towel was also provided so it's a plus point.

Clean and neat arrangement, simple and minimalist deco. Easy access to midvalley, ksl, cat cafe, spa manja and the list goes on. Friendly and fast in respond on our enquiry for check in and out. Just that the apartment is lack of mirror.

“I think that due to their(KMS Homestay) company policy this place may not be suitable for Singaporeans due to PDPA breac”
Stayed there for two nights Dec 2023 Security guards are present so that’s good. Good location - takes about 8mins drive to SouthKey The Mall it’s a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood but It’s near a place of worship so that means anytime from 5:30am to 5:55am you will be awaken by the prayers blasting through its main speakers. The above neighbour will drag their furniture from 11pm to 11:30pm. Small eateries and a grocery shop is on the first floor.
