“Disgusted and Disappointed”
Nothing at all. The property cancels my apartment at the last minute. I drove 2.5 hrs (custom) waiting time mainly into JB from Singapore, and almost 15 mins away from the apartment, Ballon Whatsapp me at 1757 informing me that the apartment is not ready for staying. Why in the 1st place you list it on Booking.com? Anyway, I booked and received confirmation at 1430. Planned trip to Desaru the next morning was totally disrupted by this last minute cancellation. Suck thumb, took another 3.5 hrs to head back to Singapore after dinner. 6 hrs wasted in traffic, 2 hrs in JB. Kids are disappointed because the trip to Desaru is cancelled. Super irresponsible of property agents. Property is non apologetic, claimed that they have not received payment from Booking.com anyway. Only apologise after being reminded to do so. Zero service, lousy attitude. Book only with them if you don't mind being cancelled on and disappointed at the last minute.
