my booking was not honored due to "not paying yet" and they prioritise "paid' customer, without informing me and/or giving a solution. i know only on the day itself when calling the number which turn out connected to call centre, not to the premise itself.

“Lousy management, no response from Booking.com to help & integrity issue by the property owner.”
There is nothing to like about for this property, I did not get to stay there. I believe there is an integrity issue of charging a cancellation fee when the property owner initiate the cancellation...it is amazing that Booking.com can allow this in the system.
