The guard was not fluent in both English and Malay. Making it hard to understand. As a visitor, need to pay for RM20 as the parking charges. Ridiculous. I am very disappointed. First, the host share the pdf for checkin procedure. The key collection was 10 mins away from this apartment. I went there to collect the key, unfortunately, the key was not there. Instead, it was at the apartment's mailbox. Second, to enter the house, need to unlock the digital lock. But, the host gave me the wrong pin. Need to wait for him to reply me the new pin. Third, all of the toilet are dirty. Few of the beds are not prepared with blanket. The unit that I got was occupied with 7 bed. Can fit 7- 9 pax. The android box was not working. The apartment was indeed spacious, clean.. but the cleanliness very bad. I am dissappointed. Not worth the price...
