“Best Hotel Stay in JB!”
Really nice hotel, with an elegant hotel lobby, comfortable rooms with great in-room amenities, great location and a fantastic breakfast buffet. However, the highlight is the staff. Every member of staff (from the doorman to front desk, housekeeping and restaurant/room service staff) was friendly, accommodating and professional and many went the extra mile (housekeeping is excellent). Thanks!

I am going to book this hotel again! This should be the best hotel I have stayed in JB so far. Bed was comfortable. Clean and housekeeping was fast. Big TV, spacious room. Nice shower facilities. They have a pillow menu but they were all out of stock during my stay. They only had the feather and foam pillow which were literally non-existent (too flat). Nonetheless, the existing pillows provided were already not bad. Service was really good. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Location was superb too.
