Actually i not stay there because don't have any vacant rooms. I already pay with booking.com. the receptionist at the hotel keeps saying that there is no booking under my name. So i did an email about this but don't have a response. I called the person in charge and they gave the hotel number. But still don't give any solution to settle the problem.

I didn’t get the room and I never get any refund .. I’m booking the room before I reach there and when I’m there the admin said room is full wtf !!! So complicated !! Don’t ever go this place ever ! Waste money!

“Unhappy stay, not worth for the money paid and not recommended at all.”
The room and the bathroom attached were poor in condition. Not suitable for family stay. Poor facilities and far from JB town. Unhygienic and unfriendly staff. Noisy environment. Price doesn't match the stay.
