Location...the apartment is next to KSL Shopping Mall and Lotus's...very convenient to shop for groceries...the attending staff is very cooperative, informative and always ready to answer any queries...making our stay at our convenience

“We not will not repeat to stay there, my daughter in law saw something spoky in the house.”
About the lift, really very slow, in case if there is an emergency it will be very difficult. Hope you understand. When we arrived, 2 lift now working, until we have to call the security .

“Stay at JB City Mall apt iz reasonable but the restriction to have more keys for a bigger group will be desirable!”
Though rooms are comfortable but we only hv 2 sets of keys for 8 guests! That is not sufficient.

“Value for money, service can be better”
Location is good, just above the KSL mall. Place is clean. Swimming pool and gym available at L7 even though we didn't try it. Towels provided are clean, also provided toothbrush, shower gel and shampoo.
