“Comfortable. Room is nice enough to just hang out in. Gives you an option to stay in.”
Location is great, near to many eating places. Room was clean and more spacious than seen in the pictures. Was on a high floor so it wasn't noisy at night.

“Great location, spacious apartment and smooth check-in; cleanliness can be improved”
Great Location and Spacious Apartment The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to KSL and surrounded by plenty of eateries. Check-in and key retrieval were hassle-free. Although there were only three of us, the space was generous and could comfortably accommodate 5–6 people. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of bottled water and light snacks provided.

“I would highly recommend the unit for anyone with family. It is really a nice stay.”
Unit is spacious for family of up to 4. Facilities is good & clean and easily accessible. Gym, game room, indoor swimming pool, infinity pool, badminton and table tennis courts are all located at the same place so it is convenient to access to other sports or game when you are done with one. Designated parking lot & rolling gate to access the car park makes the stay feel secured and safe.

“Perfect for my solo getaway”
Ease of check in/out. Well kept apartment and thoughtfully supplied interior. Condo shuttle to ciq/ksl available on the hour. Nice sporting facilities for all. The managers were very approachable and able to address queries immediately via WhatsApp.

The stay was smooth and communication was good and clear throughout. The room was clean and comfortable. Used the private parking as well. Will definitely be returning soon!

The check in and check out was smooth and hassle free due to clear instructions provided by San Ya.The apartment was clean. Wifi was good. There was also a free shuttle service to CIQ hourly.

Small apartment but it has everything I need including a washing machine. Water pressure is good. Heater is good. Host is very responsive and keep checking in to ensure we are well.

Fast response from owner. Easy prior check in instructions. The apartment was spotless and well mantained. The facilities are the best i visited so far, very well maintained, pool table, table tennis , badminton, basketball soccer table etc..
