“Will not stay here again”
Room was stinky/smoke smelling and I understood it was supposed to be smoke-free. Building and property run down. Saw trash and a pair of ladies underwear in grass beside the building.

“I was very disappointed and felt the advertising for the stay was misleadiing.”
Poor selection of "hot" breakfast. No eggs, no bacon. Biscuits were cold. I was very disappointed, other guests were too. I saw various people come in and leave immediately.

Check in staff speak fluent English. Didn't say about charging 100. Depisit fee to NY debit card.
