“Hotel is conveniently located next to the Shinkansen station, rooms are clean and comfortable.”
The breakfast menu is the same throughout, should have more choices.

Serviceable APA business hotel right by the train station. If you find yourself covering a lot of ground by train and this area seems useful as an overnight stop, I have no reservations recommending here. The restaurant downstairs served a nice meal too.

“Week's of skiing in Joetsu area”
Hotel is located just beside the trainstation, which made hometrip very easy back to Tokyo. Hotel had luxurious feel to it and the services were great, the public bathing section was amazing and brilliant way of relaxation after the day's skiing. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable to sleep on!

A wonderful traditional breakfast was served in the cozy restaurant. The room looked out over the station and towards Mt Myoko. There was a homely vibe, even a little paper origami crane on the desk.

“Convenient and functional”
Super convenient for the Shinkansen station. Excellent public bath (non-mineral). The rooms were compact but functional with all required amenities.

Hotel is normal high APA standard with onsen and smallish room. For the skiing: There is a Shuttle bus leaving directly from the other sie of the station to Lotte Arai Ski Resort. Not to frequent but convenient. Needs to be reserved beforehand online.

“Quality, modern Japanese style hotel, with all facilities, close to the railway station”
Right next to the train station, this modern Japanese style hotel has good sized, comfortable, well appointed rooms, a good breakfast and helpful staff.

Onsen was a nice option but lacks a cold bath. Staff was amazing and so friendly, even with lack of English we used Google translate to communicate. The main lady during the day was the best. Comfortable room and close the train station.

“Great staff always ready to help, super close to the station and very relaxing!”
Very friendly staff who were always ready to offer their help! The room had a view of the farm and mountains which were really idyllic on a clearer day. I also appreciate the small onsen at the end of a long day. Had a really relaxing time there and will visit again!

“Clean, modern hotel with excellent public bath and provided breakfast.”
Clean and modern hotel situated right near the train station. Staff were friendly, polite and accommodating, even using a translation device when I misunderstood a charge during checkout. The hotel public bath was clean and had outdoor tubs. The provided breakfast was outstanding. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.
