Lovely family, beautiful property, great location

Right underneath Mehrangarh, in the old city, a nicely maintained haveli, interesting in itself. Great room, great people, and the terrace was also great. Very nice stay in Jodhpur

We had a really pleasant stay at The Thikana Heritage. The haveli has a lot of charm and history, and the location in the old city is very convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, and the rooftop view of Mehrangarh Fort was a highlight. The hosts were friendly and helpful, giving us good suggestions for getting around Jodhpur. Overall, a comfortable heritage stay with warm hospitality.

“Fabulous Heritage Haveli”

Beautiful place, bakelite switches and so much of history haveli was just amazing. Hosts were too friendly treated us like a family members. Location was very convenient. Everything was clean. We highly recommend a stay at Thikana!

The hosts were friendly and went out of their way to make sure we saw all the best parts of Jodhpur while we were there. The building was an amazing piece of history to stay in in part of the old blue city.

Entering the room one feels like a queen! The care that the owners took in the renovation of the Haveli is top notch. Our bathroom had modern touches and was super clean, one of the nicer bathrooms we’ve experienced in all our travels at this price point.

“Worst stay experience here!”

The hotel is located in obscure corners of the city, you need to walk which should have been fine but the roads are not built so it's not an easy road to walk to, plus it's unclean with garbage dump right outside the hotel and doesn't seem safe either. If you are travelling with luggage then even worse to carry it. The couple who hosted us were the owners, didn't have any staff. They will charge you extra like only 1 complimentary bottle for the entire stay and not inform you if the same. The food rate at the hotel is obnoxiously high and the quantity is less. They also don't allow Zomato or swiggy delivery. The breakfast is at the rooftop and is very tough to climb if you have old folks with you. There is no concept of room service and they will not allow you to have any meals in the room.

The hosts were super nice and friendly. Everything was clean. The room was very cool. View from rooftop was phenomenal during breakfast time. Highly recommend it. Location was very convenient away from the bustle but walking distance from all the sights and beautiful murals everywhere.

Perfect cleanliness and an unbeatable location in the heart of Jodhpur, yet very quiet with no cars or tuk-tuks. The building is unique, with a beautiful rooftop terrace and amazing views. The food prepared fresh by the mother was excellent and individualized, and she shared great knowledge and tips about local cuisine. The family was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel truly at home.

An unforgettable stay! The room was amazing, set in a 300-year-old house directly beneath Mehrangarh Fort, it truly feels like living in a castle. The owners were so kind and communicative, happily sharing stories about life in India and offering lots of helpful travel tips. Owner’s wife cooks incredibly delicious, fresh homemade meals and prepares whatever you like. A very special place with wonderful people, highly recommended!

“Gorgeous old house in the heart of the old city”

This is an amazing, very very old house. The room was absolutely beautiful. Boho chic. The breakfasts were amazing - very plentiful and varied with home-cooked food. Nice rooftop place to eat with wonderful views of the fort. Location in the very heart of the old city. Hosts were very informative, helpful and friendly.

Such a beautiful building with lots of history, so great to see it so well kept. The husband and wife duo that run this home stay were so welcoming, accommodating and lovely to talk to. Would highly recommend The Thikana Heritage!

The Thikana Heritage couldn't be a better choice of stay in Jodhpur. Location wise, it's in the heart of the old Blue city, right at the foothills of Mehrangarh Fort. Rooms are extremely clean and cozy. Beds are comfortable. The room keeper is an extremely nice and knowledgeable person who will help you with any sightseeing questions. Overall, 10/10 and I really couldn't emphasize enough how amazing my experience has been.

We liked staying in large villa with a lot of history and atmosphere. The staff took great effort to provide us with everything we wanted. Our room was small, but clean.
