Incredibly stylish hotel with beautiful interiors, stunning bedroom and bathroom which were really large. Everything was super clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful and could not have done enough for us and booked us tuk tuks into the city and arrange for us to be packed up for our onward journey very early in the morning. We also enjoyed a very nice lunch freshly cooked on arrival. The swimming pool was so lovely and with the location being quiet, it was very relaxing.

Rooms vary enormously in size and facilities- make sure you know what you’re getting before booking.

“Overpriced pretence! It was like staying in a bording school!!!”

The hotel is set within a gated community amongst some palacial private dwellings. It is on a side of the city away from the hustle and bustle of the centre.

Great property, very well designed with a great rooftop setup and home-like food. However, there is scope for improvement in the room setup.

“A gem outside the city”

Really lovely hotel that genuinely cares about its guests. It's located outside the city centre in an upmarket housing estate. We were completely looked after from start to finish and felt totally at home. Would absolutely come back and can't recommend it enough.

“Nice safe location but slightly remote”

The staff were very helpful, and you could get a home cooked meal on the rooftop area. The accommodation was fine with a good size bedroom and ensuite. We never used the pool but it was cleaned daily.

Everything other than the slightly detached location in a rather sterile housing estate. It made for a peaceful and quiet stay though. Appreciated the upgrade and the lovely dinner served in the roof. Really a great service experience.

“A really special stay with great staff”

We had such a wonderful stay here and felt like some lovely calm respite from the hustle of the town. It's actually even better than the photos. Firstly, the size of the rooms is incredible - we've travelled all over the world, and have never stayed in a suite on this scale. Also some great amenities. The staff were brilliant, so helpful. Breakfast was lovely too, and late lunch/bite to eat when we arrived which was delicious.

It is superbly maintained & done up in very good taste. The rooms are very large, so are the toilets. The staff was extremely caring & helpful. The food was excellent!

We had a beautiful stay at the Almond Tree. It’s a nice quiet location but close enough to the hustle and bustle of Jodhpur. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. It was a lovely few days chill for us after doing lots of travelling.

“Oasis of tranquility”

Location: we were apprehensive when we realised it was out of town, but this turned out to be a blessing because the hotel is wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Having been into town, being closer would have not added much to our experience. Town was loud and chaotic. Getting tuktuks and Ubers from the hotel was easy, so we were able to get around without any problems. The staff: they were absolutely fabulous, very helpful, and so attentive. They really made our stay special. The accommodation: it was spotless, superbly clean, and comfortable. Perfect place to come back to after hot days of sightseeing. The swimming pool gets into full sun by the afternoon, and the water is refreshing, so once we'd returned from our morning out, we spent the rest of the day swimming and lounging. It was very relaxing. The food: delicious and enough to choose from. We sampled the light menu (sandwiches and kothi rolls) for lunch and ate from the main menu in the evenings. Breakfast was a decent spread with paranthas and eggs made to order, plus continental options. We had dinner on the roof terrace in the evenings, which was very special. Overall, The Almond Tree is excellent value for money, and the staff are wonderful. Would highly recommend!
