Excellent staff who helped guide me to the hotel, locked away in a secluded part of the old town. They also provided some good conversation for the solo traveller. Really well finished rooms as well. Plus a good breakfast.

We visit Jodhpur often and always stay here. It’s location is a short walk from the clock tower and stepwell in the old city down narrow lanes. Wonderful family run, small heritage hotel. Fabulous, helpful people and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

A delightful place to stay. Immaculately clean and stylish rooms. Excellent mattress which gave me a great night’s sleep. The brothers who run this are helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They even walked us to and from our restaurant in the evening. A very special place.

The staff were very attentive. The breakfast was great with lots of options, continental and indian. The location was central, walking distance to the clock tower. The room was big and clean.

Excellent location (very walkable) and super helpful staff. We had to check-out in the middle of the night and they were very accommodating and assisted with organising transport.

The room was spacious and clean, and the owners were very welcoming and enthusiastic. Unfortunately, however, the place did not live up to the expectations created by the many positive reviews. Everything felt rather improvised and, in our opinion, does not justify the higher prices compared to many other places we have stayed at in Rajasthan. Especially disappointing and overly expensive was the dinner that we have been proposed just after our arrival. A level of simplicity that comes at an unjustified cost.

Khamma Heritage is right in the centre of Jodphur and the views from the rooftop terrace are amazing. We had a nice comfortable bedroom. Staff were so friendly and Ritik especially helpful and determined that we were going to have the very best time in Jodphur. We would recommend Indique as a rooftop restaurant.

We spent 4 nights at Khamma Heritage.  It's a small hotel run by a lovely family and in particular by Ritick, who was always really helpful.  The hotel was very clean, our bed was very comfortable (the most comfortable yet on this trip) and the shower was good.  Breakfast was good, as was dinner, which we had on one night of our stay.  We particularly liked being able to spend time on the roof top, sitting in the shade and reading The hotel is really well located, only a short walk up to the fort, or to the clock tower or to the area with all the murals

“Excellent friendly base for a visit to Jodphur”

The location of Khamma Heritage is excellent and only a few minutes to the Stepwell and variety of restaurants (we liked Indique). The staff are so helpful even walking with us to short cuts up to the fort. Don’t miss out on Lentil Man !

“Family run guesthouse in the heart of an ancient city ❤️”

Really lovely family run guest house in the heart of the blue city with one of the best views of Mehrangarh Fort from its rooftop terrace. We were a big family group and Ritik and his family were so warm and welcoming! From meeting the taxi and greeting us with masala chai to bringing us on a mini tour of all the main landmarks which are all within walking distance, to helping us find some of the the famous street food. You have to ask them to show you where to get payaz kichori and the mirchi bada, which are amazing! The rooms are big, comfortable and spotless and the breakfast was good.(all veg) If you want to stay in an authentic historical homestay run by a lovely family in the heart of an ancient city, then look no further!

“Excellent accommodation with the best views in Jodhpur”

A wonderful find in the old town with the very best view in Jodhpur of the Mehrangarh fort. Next to the sights yet in a narrow back street that’s away from the maelstrom of tooting tuk tuks and scooters so it was peaceful and quiet at night- a big plus in India. Clean, large rooms, great bathrooms, a marvellous rooftop terrace to relax on or have dinner. Breakfast was in a spacious dining room with open arches letting in fresh morning breezes. Jodhpur has spicy food so ask if you’re unsure of level of chilli. As a Jain house only vegetarian food is allowed and no alcohol but we were more than happy to respect this and we enjoyed delicious homemade vegetarian food. Ritik spoke excellent English, was a great guide and obviously loved his home, city and job and is a credit to his family. Great for more mobile people ( lots of stairs) who are a bit adventurous and want to experience real, genuine Indian hospitality. Do not look elsewhere- stay here.
