“The most beautiful homestay ever!”

Absolutely gorgeous! A beautifully and tastefully renovated traditional Haveli, much better even than on the pictures. We booked a twin room and got a whole apartment with two bed rooms with stunning antique furniture and a beautiful room in between with a balcony. Everything was impeccably clean and tidy. The breakfast was SOOO good and served in the courtyard where we also had a chance to meet some very nice other guests. Everything was just meticulous and beautiful, even up to the cups and plates... The hosts were really kind and incredibly helpful with everything (arranging pick-up from the airport, providing natural medicine and more). And the location is in the middle of the old town and it is a quick walk to the fort (which you can see from the balcony) and also to the shops in the old town. We would have stayed an third night if the room would have been available.

Amazing place with cute decor, beautiful gardens…such a chilled vibe inside the old city. The owner George was there and spent time talking with me over breakfast. Nikil and his wife are incredible hosts, they maintain the house amazingly and make the most amazing breakfasts! Highly recommend if staying in Jodhpur :)

“Outstanding”

Nikhil and his family are lovely people and great hosts. The Haveli has a more or less perfect location in old Jodhpur and visiting it is a pleasure in itself, due to the beauty of the architecture, the tasteful decor, the cozy garden )perfect for meeting other guests for breakfast) and the view from the rooftop. Nikhil is also the perfect person to advise you on how to spend your time in Jodhpur. He and his family are well known in the neighbourhood for being nice people. I will stay here again if (when) I return.

It has a charming garden inside and the room is decorated in vintage style.Mr.Mathur is a fantastic host ready to help .They have allowed us to store the luggage on the day of check-out.We had the best dinner in Jodhpur.He suggested us a seasonal dish ‘Haldi ki sabzi’, it was so delicious that we took home too.It’s so close to the sightseeing places in Jodhpur.

We absolutely loved our stay at the property. Nikhil and his wife were incredibly kind and helpful and made us feel completely comfortable throughout our visit. They went out of their way to assist us with everything, from arranging cars to ensuring we had a smooth stay. The house itself is truly one of a kind, with a beautiful garden that feels like a small haven in busy Jodhpur. Plus a beautiful view of the majestic fort from the roof garden. Playing cricket together was a lovely and memorable experience.

Our room was large with plenty of space & a balcony overlooking the garden. The breakfast was delicious. The host & family were very welcoming and made sure our stay was a great experience. The guest house is in s great location for the clock tower, market & fort and not too far from the palace & temple. It was lovely and peaceful, hidden away at the end of an alley.

Mikhil and his wife are a lovely couple who went out of their way to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Their breakfasts are delicious and full of surprises.

“A lovely stay”

We had a great stay at Bristow's homestay. Nikhil and his wife went above and beyond, letting us store our luggage and use a spare room to change in before we got our overnight train. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the room was clean and tidy. The house is a little hard to find, but this means that it is quiet and peaceful, as it's tucked away! And it's very close to lots of sights. We'd definitely recommend staying here :)

The garden

Haveli located in the old part of town, 10 minutes from Mehrangarh Fort. Spacious accommodation with an antechamber and private terrace overlooking the fort. Breakfast is served on a veranda overlooking an internal garden, allowing you to relax away from the noise and chaos of the city. Excellent breakfast. The manager was kind and attentive, providing us with excellent advice on how to get around, what to see and where to find great food.

This is such a little gem in the city! The property has been thoughtfully restored and well decorated with some lovely artifacts. The garden is a very welcome space when you are looking for a peaceful spot to rest after visiting Jodhpur and its beautiful fort. Great breakfast!
