“Highly recommended”
We had an amazing time at Residenz am Berg. Jochberg is a perfect location for skiers in Kitzbühel. The property was clean and very well equipped. Catherine and Franz were kind hosts - they handed over the keys at our arrival, provided a cot for our request and showed us how to use the sauna and fireplace.

“Excellent property with great view, all the amenities and super friendly hosts. Fully recommended.”
The property has magnificent unobstructed view of the whole valley and the mountains on the other side of the valley. The property's living room has a large window from which you can enjoy the view. The house has all the amenities that a family may need and it is spacious with two bathrooms and two WCs. The kitchen is fully equipped and with a dinning area with great view. The hosts are very friendly. Less that five minutes drive from the ski lift. We definitely recommend it.

“home away from home. relaxing in the mountains”
Had a great time at the studio apartment downstairs. Quiet, amazing views and waking up with the sound of birds. comfy bed, and two couches. fridge, coffeemaker, kettle, etc available. just not a full kitchen. we were given a tour around bigger and luxurious apartment upstairs and if you are 4-5 people or really want to treat yourselves, it’s truly amazing! With fireplace, private sauna. The owners were so kind and hospitable. Kitzbühel is just a short drive away and has several cable cars to around 2000 meters.
