The communication has been perfect from the start. When we arrived, we have received a wonderful tour around the property by the owner. After the hikes, we were hanging out on the porch, just admiring the night sky and inhaling the fresh air.

You can relax on a sun lounger while the kids play nearby on the swings, in the sandbox, or on the slide. -Excellent new sauna where you can pour water on the stones for steam. -The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. -! Beautiful holiday home with amazing hosts! We had a fantastic vacation. The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable — everything we hoped for. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. There were also lots of activities and things to do in the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Martina & August are the kindest people. No problem that we arrived late and no problem to book an extra day. The house is very charming and has a great location for walking.

Excelent location, two possibilities to get to the ski slopes: walking around 100 m or skiing to the ski lift next to the Kempisnski Hotel.

Apartment was clean and tidy, great shower. Location was good, you could ski to the T-bar and then ski over to the main lift to get up, or, you could walk to the main ski lift, nor recommend. Great outside sauna which I used often.

Perfect location, 2 minute walk to the bubble and we were able to ski all the way to our front door! Absolute dream! Wonderful helpful & friendly hosts. Loved the sauna with views of the mountains! Our teenagers had great fun tobogganing right outside! Very cosy & warm flat - we had to open windows as not used to have such a warm home! We had a fun night at the apres ski 2 minutes away… but if you are looking for wild nights this isn’t for you. We loved the feel of the village- laid back, local, farming feel…& access to huge ski area. No complaints!

Our stay at MyApart 1709 was nothing short of exceptional. As a group of two families with four children each, arriving from Greece by car, we were looking for a memorable getaway, and this hotel exceeded all our expectations. We were impressed by the spacious and clean rooms from the moment we arrived. The bathroom was legendary—far beyond what photos could ever capture. The attention to detail in the equipment and decor truly enhanced our stay. We spent countless hours enjoying the balcony, the lovely backyard, and the fantastic sauna. The ping pong table was a hit with both the kids and adults. The view of the Austrian Mountains was breathtaking and provided a stunning backdrop to our vacation. But what truly made our stay special was the warmth and hospitality of the owners. Their kind welcome, genuine support, and insightful recommendations stole our hearts. Amazing host - very friendly and fast responding. Really nice add on was a little house shop with open access to buy some local traditional food (e.g. speck, cheese, jam, honey)

Very nice place and kind host :) Apartment was clean and prepared for us. There were 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 wc, what is enough for group of 8 people. Very good is room for your ski boots. Shop is 2 min far away and restaurant is about 5 min. Piste is also very close, Maybe this accommodation is more suitable for family or someone who search for calm, because the house is from wooden material, which look fantastic but noice is heared in other apartments quite easily. It doesnt mean it is bad! The overall impression is very good :)
