“Horrível”
Hello, to begin with, the description of the apartment is a side sea view, which gives access to a building. This makes a big difference when choosing, since we preferred a frontal sea view. Besides that, when we entered the apartment, there was a problem with both the refrigerator and the air conditioning in one room. Another issue was in relation to a question that was asked in advance: the support on WhatsApp leaves something to be desired. There are numerous rules when renting an apartment, since it's not a hotel but it works as one. You're allowed a single wash per day for $25 each... which, if you have colored clothes, you can't mix them and you have to wait another day to pay another $25, which is completely unnecessary. I stayed for 15 days and wasn't even given a change of sheets and towels. I understand that for short stays it's not necessary, but it's something to consider. For this reason, they wanted to charge me $10 per piece, which doesn't make the slightest sense since there were 6 of us in the house, and to say I had to pay for 6 towels and 6 sheets, a total of $120, to be able to have an exchange, which still doesn't make sense if we consider that the wash cost is $25. In my opinion, it's cheaper to wash them ourselves and pay $25 than to pay $120 to replace them... there's no minimum tolerance in no aspect... simply a call that I will certainly discard as a stay... another horrible point is that there is no air conditioning in the living room now you only call a flat for 6 people in which it has only 2 bedrooms to people who need to sleep on the sofa bed what ventilation can these people have? None since the rooms have air conditioning for each room... for the amount paid per night it is not worth it in any aspect... the only thing to highlight is the service at the reception, friendly and attentive other than that... terrible stay.
