The location of this hotel is right across the street from the beach. It has a nice pool and an amazing restaurant. The front desk staff speak English. They and the remaining staff tried really hard to make us feel welcome despite our few words of Portuguese. The room is clean and modern looking with new furnishings.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The service is outstanding—every staff member goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The reception team is especially helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights is the convenience of booking tours directly through the hotel, which we highly recommend for a seamless experience. A special shoutout to the bar and restaurant staff, with a well-deserved 11/10 for their impeccable service. Junior, the Cuban gentleman who looked after us, was an absolute star. His professionalism, elegance, and deep knowledge of the hotel made every interaction feel personalized and luxurious. He made us feel like VIPs throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, top-tier service, and genuine hospitality—this is it. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The location is top notch. Next to a very nice beach and 1 minute walk from a shopping mall. The staff is really friendly and the overall vibe of the hotel is excellent. I liked the fact that there is ample space to park the car at a new parking lot location

The location is quiet compared to other beaches, but it was still fantastic as it was close to a shopping center and within walking distance to a range of amazing restaurants. The location of the hotel made for a very quiet and lovely stay. Staff was extraordinary in terms of providing suggestions and support, and breakfast was a scrumptious affair. I will definitely come back here.

“We had a nice stay, good location but were a little underwhelmed”
Located very close to the beach and a short walk from some good restaurants. Nice swimming pool and hotel has chairs and umbrellas available for the beach opposite. Staff helpful and also spoke english.

Location is right on the beach. Nice rooms, the breakfast is excellent, very good facility, The pool is small, but the hotel is relatively as well - but right across from the beach and lots of great restaurants around.
