Very nice hotel, good location, very nice view, perfect breakfast and dinner, actually one of the best I experienced. Everything was perfect!

Large clean room, good breakfast, helpful and courteous staff in particular Ms Janice of Front Office who was extremely helpful to loan us wheelchair, medicine, advice when my wife sprained her ankle.

Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting JZG! Great location - short drive to the entrance of the park Great room - Hotel is quite new. Lovely room with a view of the garden and mountains. Great breakfast - Good spread. I looked forward to breakfast even though I normally skip breakfast. And the bonus ... complimentary photo shoot complete with makeup and outfits of choice. Will stay here the next time I visit JZG!

Close to Jiuzaogou but not walkable. Slightly less noisy and close to a mall of its own with a number of restaurants.

Had a very long and tiring day before arriving so booking a stay at Hilton was the best decision ever. Jenny at the front desk was exceptionally sweet, kind and super helpful! Lesly was also incredibly helpful when we had difficulty placing order for room service. Saved us from going to sleep hungry. Highly recommend if you have some budget to spend. You won't regret it!

“Generally a good value for money accommodation in the vicinity of Jiuzhaigou”

The location is relatively near to the Jiuzhaigou national park entrance. The premises are generally clean. The interior deco and garden landscaping are beautiful. The breakfast and dinner buffet spread are excellent and good value. The staff are friendly and helpful

“Grand hotel with beautiful scenery”

Very clean and comfortable staying in Jiuzhaigou. Around 15mins drive to the JZG entrance. Quiet room and beautiful lake at the center of the resort.

Very helpful staff, picked us up from the road when our bus dropped us in an awkward spot and we didn’t know where to go. Gave good guidance on how to navigate the park in one day.

“Excellent, but a few suggestions....”

The room was large with top quality facilities but some simple maintenance would help to create a better impression (squeaky hinges and sliding door runners, wardrobe doors in need of adjustment). The food was good but would have been even better if the plates weren't so cold. We were surprised that they didn't reply to our queries via Booking.com to ask the best way to get to the hotel from the airport. We called in the end and discovered that they would pick us up free of charge. It was lucky that we had a Chinese number and could speak the language, or we would never have known. It would have been quite difficult for non Chinese speakers to find out how to get to the hotel. Having said all this we really liked the hotel, the staff and the location and were very happy with our stay, so it's still a 10 out of 10! We would like to say a special thank you for the help and attention we were given by Andy Wu, Front Office Manager, who even lent us money when we needed some for a visit!

The location was adequate, not too busy an area but with walking access to outside eating places. The staff were very accommodating; during a particularly cold day, they brought a heater and humidifier to our room to help us get more comfortable.

Love the interior, and especially the lake view from the room is magnificent.
