The staff speaks very good English and are really friendly, they made me a free upgrade to a beautiful suite. Rooms are spacious, super clean, big toilet with enough toilettres. No smoking smell as is normal in many hotels in China, very comfy bed. Breakfast was variagated with lots of western options. The hotel itself is super nice, I really recommend.

Comfortable and spacious room, clean and modern. Customized cushions , some rooms seem to have a foot massage machine, mine was not equipped with ( a pity) but everything excellent. Breakfast with plenty of western and Asian food. Didn’t have time to workout in the gym but very well equipped and tidy

Each time we are in JJ for a business trip this is our destination to stay. Employees are nice, friendly, nice bar in the ground level, starbucks helps us to have a great start to long days during the stay,

“Ideal hotel to stay while doing business with excellent outdoors pool”
We loved the swimming pool - very cold in winter months but lovely temperature now. Gym has been refurbished and is very good. Beautiful room. Very helpful staff. Convenient to have the Starbucks for ad hoc coffee.

I have been here almost 10 years. The reception staff are a little overworked The restaurant breakfast staff. Are soooo helpful it’s beyond thinking. I would love to take them to uk

“Good value for a business trip”
Breakfast was good with lots of choices from Eastern to Western tastes. Big hotel with nice staff and helpful: they arranged a car to pick us up from the airport. The beds are comfortable, good space in the room.
