“Don’t believe what you see on the socia media .”
This is my 5th time in Uganda and such a hotel and reception I have never experienced . The reception was unfriendly ! We did not feel welcome . The food we ordered was not what we asked for and they just let everything go their way . Unprofessional to our feeling ! First and last time !

Worst customer experience as the hotel cancelled our booking (after a short notice of a few hours that we didn't see because we were at work) just to make profit by booking someone else for more $$ as it was Nyege Nyege festival We already went to Nile Front Cottages but the incredible unprofessional way you handled this forbid to use this facility ever again
