“All-around: very, very nice.”

The personnel is nice and professional, as is the owner. The food served is really good (try the fish or the goat meat or chips with guacamole dip). The breakfast likewise. The view on the lake from the rooms and from the bar is great. All around we felt like highly appreciated guests.

Lovely location, overlooking Lake Victoria - which means you also get a welcome breeze. Rooms are pretty and mine had a great, large balcony. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I loved the location, the calm, the view and the ambience of the bar is great. The food is good, you got to try the whole Tilapia fish, fantastic!

Intimate, quiet and lovely food!

The breakfast provided was quite sufficient and sumptuous. The location was also conveniently easy to find while using Google Maps. Also, the view of the lake from the room's patio is quite amazing

The breakfast was amazing. But other than having bread on a daily, you could maybe add pancakes etc.... The location was convenient. So close to town, and chill places. it was perfect.

I loved the location, the home décor, cleanliness, friendly staff and owner. The location and home itself was so nice I was able to do some filming for creative projects for my channel. I have and will continue to recommend Home On The Nile to my family and friends! Such great value for money, I look forward to return for a longer stay next time!

The owner and his emploees were very kind. We had to wait for the night bus and the owner let us stay in big house and he even deployed a hammock for us to rest. He is a very warm person with many stories to tell. The room was really nice with beautiful view and the breakfast was delicious. Totally recommend this place.
