Location is excellent in a green suburb of Jinja. Restaurant was excellent and the prices very reasonable. Beer was cold! The room was a little small but we did not spend much time there.

Relax environment, nice location

You reach the property and you again have to look for the receptionist. These guys increased the money that I had to pay. Booking.com gave me a different total and they also had their total and and they insisted I must pay which I did. The place's restaurant has people smoking so for us who don't smoke it didn't treat us well. Also they have their exchange rate and they say it works for a month. They lack leadership.

Prior to arrival, communication was good, which initially gave us confidence and excitement about our stay. The cottage setup met our expectations and provided a comfortable, family-friendly environment. Breakfast was served on time and met our expectations. Majorine (room attendant) provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She listened patiently to our concerns, handled all our questions professionally, and arranged an extra room perfectly to our satisfaction. During a medical emergency involving one of our family members, Majorine showed genuine concern, acted responsibly, and provided the only meaningful assistance. After checkout, when we forgot some personal items, Majorine contacted us to inform us. Unfortunately, I was already out of Jinja, but I truly appreciated her honesty and thoughtfulness. I did not get the opportunity to see her before leaving to personally thank her, but I would like to sincerely express my gratitude and appreciation for her exceptional service.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect. Close to the Source of the Nile. When booking this place the breakfast was praised and I need not say more myself, it was splendid. The restaurant serves great food even though I didn't eat much there as I was up and about. Overall, a great stay.

The apartment we had was big, clean and comfortable. The restaurant serves delicious food.
