The owner, Christina is very helpful and accommodative. During our stay, I needed medical attention and she assisted us to the hospital and accompanied us throughout the treatment till midnight and paid all the fees upfront on our behalf. Even with her busy schedule, she went to the hospital the next day to get more medication for me. She again assisted us to get doctor advice before we fly back to Malaysia. She also helps us to arrange wheelchair services from the airport. We definitely will stay at her place again if we were to visit Xishuangbanna. We truly appreciate her warm hospitality.

Christina is the best host I've ever met. She's always ready to help. Her apartment has a beautiful view. It has everything you need. I'm sure it's the best place to stay in Jinghong!

“A wonderful guesthouse with a wonderful owner.. Ok”

It is a very nice guesthouse on the 19th floor overlooking the Mekong River and the other side of the city. The photos attached are from my room. Good value for money. The owner Christine speaks and writes in English. This is tough to find in China. She is very informative. She helped me with a good driver for sightseeing. Her place is clean and neat. It has a laundry machine, large fridge, lounge, dining table and kitchen for communal use. She does costume rentals. Her location is fantastic. Close to everything.

The owner was super kind and helpful as she picked me up at the railway station and spend her time to find a place to exchange currency which is ridiculously difficult now. She also helped me to book a taxi as I was leaving very early morning and even woke up in the morning for me to see me off. She has a good character and good sense of humor. I would love to spend more time at her place.

Christina the owner did everything for me. She took me even to the trainstation with her own car and helped me buying a ticket. Se speaks good English. Important in this place. Almost everybody speaks only Chinese.

A central location at the ‘old town’ side of the river with a lovely view of the other side. Christina is an excellent host, cheerful, helpful and informative. Rooms are great and you can use a kitchen and a communal area.

The host is very helpful and kind, and can speak English! A place with a great view close to the night market. We recommend! :)

I warmly recommend travelers to stay at At Home. You will feel at home as the lady who runs the homestay is really nice and she will do her best to help you sort your problems out. I have recently chosen At Home as my accommodation and my choice was the best I could make. I had many problems in Xishangbanna due to all the restrictions that were going on but the landlady helped me really a lot. On a separate note the room is nice and the view from the window is really breathtaking.

Excellent hotel to stay, which I would highly recommend. Very friendly and helpful host! Next time I am in Xishuangbanna, I know a place to stay!
