My wife is an wheelchair user and the staff told us there 2-3 steps at the entrance and a working elevator so it looked ok. After arrival there were 8 steps and elevator wasn't working. Completely dishonest personal, we had to move to other place

excellent location. Close to the theme park, a variety of restaurants and tuck shops. Great host, all concerns were addressed with urgency. Kitchen had all essential equipment.

“Dirty linen”
Great location opposite the zoo which gives a brilliant view. The property could be great if properly managed and better housekeeping. Nearby restaurant ‘second wife’ was excellent.

Everything was super amazing, the place, the room, everything is very clean & comfortable. The staff is super cool & cooperative. Staff ensured that i was comfortable enough during my stay here. Amazing people to stay with, I would recommend this place if you are coming to Jhelum.

“Unforgettable Experience”
Booked the appointment for two weeks. I was bit curious as what will my stay be like. Fortunately it has been excellent. I rented the third floor double bedroom apartment with balcony facing the park. It was nice to be woken up with the roar of tigers from the zoo within the park. The view from the balcony was excellent and very relaxing. Every thing is available within the vicinity, even 24 hours fast food wow. Moazzam looked after us really well, bless him. Cleaned our rooms regularly and brought us what we needed. Manager Sahab was very polite and very accommodative. An unforgettable experience. I'm looking forward to go back in summer, can't wait as the room has very nice air conditioning with regular electric supply.
