Hotel staff didn't provided the remote for AC earlier. When I asked them about this so they bluntly said that we don't provide remote for AC. They further said that AC is already set according to room. When I insisted that how could I change the temperature then they simply said that you can turn it off. After little bit of argument they provided me the remote. This shows lack of hospitality service.
