The host Sanjay sir is great and very hospitable. The property is in very peaceful surroundings giving you all the coziness of your home. The food is homemade and very tasty.

Green island in the desert with many ayuvedic plants and fields with vegetable, Jackfruittrees and Flowers. Very peacefull. Very friendly owner and service.

Cosy little house in lush garden. Organic fields where you get your food from. People are very friendly and helpfull. Little remote but only 30 min to Jhansi Trainstation by E-Riksha. Birds are singing the whole day, the cows come home in the evening. Enjoy!

The service by the staff was great. They were very polite and always ready to help. The owner guided me about the place and nearby tourist places of Orchha. The food was too good. Very peaceful place.

It's located in the outskirts of jhansi or I can say it's in MP not in UP. It's on the border of UP -MP. It's in orcha district. I don't know how to reach their if you don't have your own vehicle. Jhansi station is 15km from her and orcha raha Ram temple is just 7.5km here. Rooms are neat and clean. It's a peaceful area. No traffic sound, no motor horn sound. Totally peaceful surrounding you can hear birds sound in the morning. The nearest grocery shop is 2km away from the farm. So if you want anything for you like biscuit or light snacks pls purchase before going to property. But I must say it's a very good property to have a small weekend outing with family. The swimming pool is there in the property. Property is in the middle of the farm, has a different vibe. The property staff is very friendly and good. The food they provide is just like home food. Ie less oil, fresh food.

Horrible. Be aware. Scam. Photos are not real. Horrible.Scam On October 23 is still under construction. There is only one room available. We spent only one night. There is no recepción. We made the check in and out" in the garden". No wi fi working. The owner shared his wifi's phone... but 20 minutes late he left the farm and never came back. We were alone an Indian man, who only spoke Indian. He didn't have any drink, nor coke, nor beer ...nor a bottle of mineral water. He offered us supposed filtered water. Filtered water is not advisable for foreings. The owner told me by phone that our driver would have a clean bed, they offered him a matress in a shared room with the other man. We were forced to pay in cash. The Bill is a what's up message. The dinner and breakfast was supossed to be luxury biological food....finally salty raita, bad naked beans,...nothing to do with the menú we order in advance the day before ( as the owner requiered trhought whats Up messages ). There were only a small place on the garden, which was nice....the rest or the garden full of garbage, bricks, tools, old staff...even a toilet!! ...and We didn't find the swiming pool anywhere. The road to arrive to the farm is extremely bad, some parts are only an only one way irregular narrow path. Avoid this place.

The place is away from the crowded place. Well cleaned and for someone who is deeply rooted to staying in rural type setup it's nice. The setup is pretty much and best part is there lots of area for u to walk around with nature and if u are accompanied by Pet then it's a very frndly place to be.

“A paradise for nature lovers”

This farm house is surrounded by rich nature, and there is no traffic at night, and you can only hear insects chirping. Both the owner and the caretaker are very kind and help me a lot to make my stay comfortable. There are dogs and calves in the garden, and I can interact with the animals in my free time, so I was able to spend my time with animals in the best mood. thank you very much.
