“Excellen”
Olga and Milan are warm and kind hosts. The house is quiet and clean. It is possible to use the kitchen. The breakfast was excellent. O strongly recommend it.

“Great experience. If I’m ever back I will arrive before dark”
Milan was a great host and despite the language barrier he collected me from a dark bus stop where I was dropped off 2km from his house. I was worried I would have to walk down the unlit narrow road. He then drove me to plitvice the next morning and when I left some items behind he posted them back to Ireland for me. One of the nicest people I met in Croatia despite neither of us being able to understand a word the other said😂

“Friendly, close to the park”

Lovely place! Clean, tidy, comfortable. Milan was warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The kitchen worked well for us to cook our dinners (we just asked for a hot plate and a pot). Also really nice to have the kitchen to prepare our lunches (grocery store close by). Common area with tables, chairs and a couch was really nicely set up. A wonderful place to stay when exploring Plitvice National Park.

“Relaxing stay with really friendly hosts”
The proximity to Plitvice Lakes NP entry was superb. Milan and his wife were so welcoming and friendly…despite not speaking English. The shared kitchen/dining area was great to have, but there are no cooking facilities, other than a microwave/ toaster and electric jug. The outdoor seating was great to sit and have a drink at, after a long day at the Lakes. There’s a great little, family run, burger restaurant, called Burger Bar Lakes & More, 650m walk from Milan’s, that we can really recommend for dinner 😋

“Excellent stay”
Milan was very lovely and it was a pleasure to stay. The room is simple but extremely clean, and had everything we needed for the 1 night we stayed. Excellent location, very peaceful area. I would recommend this place

Milan is a very sweet host and the place is just 5min away from Plitvice park, the kitchen is well equipped and the room very comfortable. The little balcony is a nice addition!

1. Breakfast was superb - more than I could eat! 2. Milan was very friendly & helpful (collected me from the bus stop on arrival & dropped me off on departure - saving me an hour each way with 15+kg of luggage (backpack + large daypack), & gave me a ride to the park entrance on my 2nd day. 3. We had several jovial conversations even though I can’t speak Croatian & his English is basic.

“Rural guest house close to Plitvicka jezera”
The guest house is in a village just off the main road, it has a big garden and is peaceful. There is a restaurant about 15 mins walk away and a supermarket 25 minutes walk away. To get to the national park you need a car unless you are happy to walk for almost and hour. The price is reasonable - there are many guest houses in this area which are more expensive. The rooms are small but they have air con.
