Our stay was just perfect! Our apartment with sea view was really nice, clean and fully equipped. The location is great - beach, shops, bar.. everthing is close to the apartment and you can also visit Omiš and Split. Ivan is a chill guy and and his parents are so sweet. We highly recomend this!

We only stayed one night, but it was enough to make us regret not staying longer. A very well equipped studio with bathroom, kitchen, desk and bed. It also has a terrace with sea views. The beach is not even 50m away. There is a private parking space. The host is very charming and attentive to guests, he gave us recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. I highly recommend this house for your holidays! It is located 10 minutes from Omis and 30 minutes from Split.

The hosts were very hospitable. Everything was very clean and in the kitchen all needed equipment is available. The nice beach is nearby and the bus stop is just some meters away. Small shop is also just in 5 min walk.

The room was adequate, very clean. The location was very quiet, but a good base to go exploring. The host was very good, very informative & very helpful. Especially with places to visit 10/10

The small studio had all the basics we needed. It was very, very clean and had lots of places to store and hang our things. Outside was a lovely little table and chairs (and clothes line) with glimpses of the beautiful Adriatic. Just a short walk (3 min) across the road to a fantastic cafe/bar and the wonderful beach promenade. 4 min to the local supermarket. Suhi Potok is perfectly situated between 30 min drive to Split and 20 min to Omiš (depending on traffic of course).

Ivan is a charming host. The place is sweet and comfy. There is a bus stop you can take the Bus to Omis 2.5€ one direction. We really loved that Suhi Potok is so little that the there are almost no tourists. Poseidon has an awesome Tuna pizza with FRESH tuna. Try it!

The location is excellent, situated right in front of the beach and the promenade walk. The room features a lovely patio area that offers a beautiful view of the sea. Ivan proved to be an exceptional host, providing valuable advice and information about the area, as well as suggestions on what to do in Split.

“Delightful, peaceful stay on the main bus route between Split and Omis”

Communication with Ivan was top-class, right from the word go! I knew exactly where to go and that Nives would be waiting for me. This super-clean apartment is up a steep incline, and Nives (who doesn't speak English but managed to explain everything by gestures and pointing things out) blessed me with a delicious lunch of fish, salad and bread after I'd had a moment to unpack. I even had use of the sea-facing balcony while there were yet no other guests. Ivan stayed in touch throughout my stay, even though he was on holiday himself in another country. Excellent responsiveness! The bus stop is right there (down the incline) do arrival and onward travel was super easy. Bus line 60 runs like clockwork, every 30 minutes from Split. The apartment is well equipped with a bar fridge and small freezer compartment, cutlery, crockery, 2-plate hob and everything that goes with it. No microwave. Wifi was good and working from home was a breeze, especially in the quieter apartment at the back. I had to improvise to get the ergonomics going in terms of a desk chair, but it worked just fine. The beaches of Suhi Potok and Sumpetar are literally across the road, and a good Studenac Market is very close.

Ivan is a very kind and helpful host. We could tell that they put alot of effort into the apartments.

Ivan and his mother were fabulous hosts! He helped us pick some nice places to visit around Split and Omis. The apartment was homely and had everything needed to be comfortable. The views were right over the sea too with a beautiful beach just across the road.

Great apartment in Croatia. There is a beach with a small white Stones right next to the apartment. There is a free parking spot. Closest shop is 50m from the apartment. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. Apartment is air conditioned. There is a small terrace and a place for barbecue. The owner of the apartment is friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer.

We just had the most wonderful vacation. Absolutely nothing to complain about. We loved this place as much as we love Croatia.
