The location of the hotel is perfectly perched on top of Mt Olives to give you a 360 view of Jerusalem. The busbto Damascus gate picks you up from the front door of the hotel for a free tour of the old city..you would go wrong with choosing 7 arches hotel. Elias was of great service, he went out of his way to instruct us on whats a must to see and their routes. He and the staff were polite, very professional and approachable.

Definitely, location is overwhelming factor for you to choose stay here. You could go to old city via Triumphal Path everyday. Both lione gate (Via Dodorosa) and Dunk gate (West wall) are with 20 minutes walk and do not need drive and/or bus. The Gethsemane is also 10 minutes which is just below your hotel. One of the greatest locations to contemplate and reflection. This is the very place where Lord will govern the world at the end of the world. I will choose here again had I travelled to Jerusalem next time.

Thank you for making my time in Jerusalem so smooth and enjoyable! Also housekeeping man was very kind and did his job very well.(i dont know his name,he was wearing beige costume). “Nice-ish, but stay at your own risk”

The staff was nice and you get a nice view of the city, however it was quite far for everything and it was quite scary trying to go there at night (when all three religions of Jerusalem celebrate their holidays and tensions are high, it is even scarier). The breakfast was nice (though it was the same every time). The staff was really helpful (they let us change rooms because of an issue with the bathroom and the WiFi) and provided recommendations.
