“Stay here when in Jerusalem!”

Nice, clean and well equipped rooms. The staff is super nice! I travel a lot for work and stay in fancy hotels where sometimes the staff isn't nearly as nice as the ones here at Prima Royale. I also got free breakfast for the duration of my stay as a gift. They have a lot of amenities and do not hesitate to fulfill a guests wish. They have a nice rooftop area which is probably awesome in summer. I was there in January but the view was still nice. The location is also incredible. A bus stop nearby that leads to Jerusalem central station and currently they seem to be building a light rail connection right infront of the hotel. Jaffa Gate is only a 15 min walk away. The neighborhood is safe and clean. 10/10 will definitely come back when I am coming back to Jerusalem.

We had a wonderful stay. We were upgraded to a gorgeous suite on the 7th floor which was amazing and beyond our expectations,. Location is very quiet, but right down the street is loads of public transportation and many things are in easy walking distance. Especially to Emek Rafaim street and Azza street that have lots of cool restaurants and pubs! A very special thanks for the terrific upgrade. We will certainly be back !

A lovely hotel in a relatively quiet location. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Lovely clean room with fridge. Beautiful roof terrace. This is our second visit and definitely will not be our last. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so pleasant.

Beyond the perfect location (nestled in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood within a 15-minute bus ride to either the Old City or the Shuk) and the amenities (excellent kosher breakfast with Mehadrin-certified dairy), the staff is just beyond helpful and friendly. We had such a fantastic experience that we decided to extend our stay. Highly, highly recommend.
