location was perfect, the meals were very good and plentiful with dining staff excellent. We were treated very well and English was spoken .All nationalities were respected and it was within a few minutes walk from the major synagogues .

This property is dated and a little run down. The room was one of the better rooms booked but had two single beds pushed together, small bathroom and tight space. We did arrive on Palm Sunday / Shabbat which is one of the busiest days of the year. One Elevator was on Shabbat mode which made the 7th floor a bit of a challenge given the small elevators were already stressed from usage. Value for money is a tough call because Jerusalem is a very expensive city. Compared to other cities the value is not good, but we are not sure for this city. The real issue is of expectation, reviews and pics are nothing like the actual but the location is great.
