“I’m sure when the Works are finished the beauty of the hotel and the position will return”
Jerusalem is beautiful, beautiful city. But unfortunately, there are works being done behind the hotel so the rooms are limited looking over the old city. Admittedly they did give us a discount at the hotel but they should’ve told Booking.com that there are works being done so we couldn’t enjoy our view or keep the windows opened.

“The location and beautiful rooms make up for the minuses”
Location is super. Rooms were comfortable. Check in was tedious, because we reserved 3 different rooms and they were scattered around in the different buildings. The guy at reception was nice but new on the job, and didn’t get help for a long time, when he transferred our check in to another guy, also nice and more experienced who started the whole process from the beginning.
