The location was sensational. I found it incredible to walk through the narrow streets of the Old City, full of history. Staying in a place like that is truly indescribable.

“Modern, well located with really friendly staff”
The hotel was well situated in the Old City. The room was modern, roomy and had a good quality bed. There was free milk, tea, coffee, cookies, wine and chocolate in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with good local knowledge. We travelled as a family with a lot of luggage, so they even arranged a golf cart to take our bags to pick up our hire car.

Ephraim was very welcoming and helpful. They upgraded our room which was fantastic, was spotlessly clean and the position is magical - in the heart of the old city but somehow in a quiet peaceful little enclave.

“Pretty disappointing”
The room we were in was falling apart, the walls were all cracked and paints are coming off. This is very overpriced for a property like this. However the staff is very helpful and whatsapped us before we arrived, took our luggage and offered us complementary food and there are shower gels and shampoo. Still doesnt make up for the low quality room

“Great hotel and great guest.”
Efraim is a great guest, very well organized. he welcome you at the city gate to drive you trough Jerusalem labyrinth. The hotel in nice , quite and clean in the middle of the Armenian area and few minutes walking from all the places you want to visit in the Old city. The hotel Terrance is great in the night to relaxe with an overview of the old city.

“Memories made in Jerusalem.”
A jewel we discovered in the Old City close to the Jaffa Gate. Absolutely wonderful to meander through the cobbled streets and through the market to get to and from our hotel after working all day. I was upgraded to their suite which is gorgeous and so spacious. Incredible roof top terrace with views across the old city. We all absolutely loved our rooms and our two nights we had there. Highly recommend this gorgeous boutique hotel and would absolutely stay right here again.

“Location Location Location!”
A wonderful boutique hotel within the old city walls. The hotel has only nine rooms beautifully equipped with everything any traveller to Jerusalem could need. My most favourite and special part has to be the two story roof terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evenings!

“Couldnt ask for a better spot to experience all the sites of old Jerusalem”
Excellent location in the heart of the old city. Great roof terrace with amazing views of Temple Mount, a real experience to watch the sun rise. Efraim made us feel very welcome!
