Location and great service. Great value for money.

After staying at the Montifore the week before I rebooked another two nights for the following week. The hotel staff are really wonderful and so helpful, Ayat at the desk gave me an early check-in. The breakfast was lovely and the location of the hotel is really great. The hotel is really good value for money.

I stayed at this hotel for one week and had a very good experience. The hotel is in an excellent location in the center of Jerusalem, on a quiet street but close to everything. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I would especially like to mention the manager, Firas, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. You get very good value for the money here, especially considering the central location.

“Great hotel in a fantastic location”

The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. They were friendly and prior to arrival really responsive to questions when messaging. During my stay they were great. This is not the first time I've stayed here and it won't be the last. The location is fantastic, it's really central but not too noisy. The breakfast is great, there is so much choice. The rooms are comfortable and beds and pillows are comfy and room is lit well. There are fridges and complimentary water provided which is helpful especially when arriving late or when the shops are closed.

The property met my expectation while I visited the country, joining a tour to visit around. I give this hotel a maximum rating in the hope that for the 3 days I stayed in and couldn't have the inclued breakfast they would offer this to the ones in need in the future. Thank you :)

Our second stay at Montefiore. Ayat was super helpfull and also Firas. Great breakfast, comfortable rooms (bigger than most in its price range) and great location. Near the Shuk and Jaffa street action. Walking distance to the old city. You can store your lugguage there if arriving before checkin time, and also after if your departure time is after checkout. Alround good value for money, and our favorite place to stay in Jerusalem.

Staff went out of their way to help. Thei location was very central and very accessible. Easy to get into and out of town without the use of transport.
