Close to the train station and the Neveh Simchah retirement home so I usually,y stay here when visiting. The rooms are simple but functional. Highlight is always Mary’s welcoming smile and all-round friendliness.

“Highly recommend the gold hotel.comfortable.”
The hotel was easy to find. We could see it right from the train station. We had a warm welcome a the hotel. The receptionist Mary was exceptionally kind to us. She change our room and gave us a bigger room to make sure we're comfortable, she directed us to our site at Damascus gate, it was easy for us to go round. Many thanks Mary. Breakfast was excellent, kitchen staff presentable and helpful, good place to go. Jerusalem Gold hotel, highly recommended. 10 out of 10.

The location is fantastic - so close to the central bus station, the train station to Tel Aviv and the airport. The staff were so friendly, especially Mary who went out of her way to say hello and to treat us with a plate of dry fruits.

The only thing to like was the location. The hotel is right next to the central bus station and across the street from the train station and light rail.
