“All the comforts of a luxury hotel, but with none of the anonymity”

It was indeed a home, an opportunity to experience a grand period residence with a beautiful garden rather than a typical hotel. Guests spontaneously relaxed in the large and leafy front garden and the breakfast was fantastic

“Best stay in Jerusalem”

Staff is very good. Owners (wife and husband) is very good peoples who can help and answer the questions. The suit was large and there is all you need in the suit. Good location between old town of Jerusalem and Bethlehem. You can reach those destinations by bus 231. Value for money.

The hosts were very welcoming and approachable. The location of the hotel is good with a lot of restaurants and coffee places near by. Bus station is also very close.

The breakfast was nice. The room was cold and the TV didn't work. The yard was messy and disheveled. It was very quiet, which was nice. The bed was super comfy.

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful shadowy garden. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Kettle, free tea and coffee in the room. I had to leave early in the morning on my first day there, so I missed my breakfast, but when I finally got back to the hotel I was offered an omelet and coffee, which made me genuinely touched by the owners' attention and gracious hospitality.

room was pleasently designed , old fashioned baka, friendly couple runs hotel. Breakfast is the regular israeli Breakfast, was served by the lovely owner with excellent austrian coffee, served in a lovely garden. The price is not cheap, but I liked the building, the melancholic but beautiful athmosphere and the nice garden view from the rooms.The bathroom was luxerious, thought we did not use the jacuzzi. The area is wonderful to take a stroll. There is a fridge, micro in the hall, we got plates when we asked for them.

For us this was a very good location. Breakfast was OK but after 2-3 days perhaps something a little different would be good.

Great location, Baka is a wonderful quarter in Jerusalem. Every morning I got a big, satiable and tasty breakfast.

Breakfast is really good though it would be nice to have a bit more variety. The room was very spacious for 2. The staff are very approachable and helpful. The location is excellent for our purposes.

All was fine, but I think the bomb shelter needs to be ready for an emergency. I hope it now is! The bathroom is spacious, but is sectioned off from the bedroom by a curtained glass wall!!!
