The location is outstanding, right in the middle of Jerusalem, just around the corner to the main tram line. The room was clean and functional, spacious and well-equipped.

It’s a lovely place located next to the Old City and the Kotel. The area is very convenient for walking and sightseeing. Even on Shabbat, there are small Asian shops around where you can buy food and essentials, which makes the stay much easier.

Very good location, very clean and neat place, the host communication is top, very responsive, helpful. Even gave us tips where to it, what to visit. Ori and Dana help us a lot.

Easy to get anywhere. Easy check in. Looks very nice. The room is big and comfortable. I was allowed to leave my luggage there before check in time and after check out.

the location is exceptional! very close the center and mahane Yehuda market and yet comfortably quiet during the night. other than that the bed was really comfortable

“A central apartment with responsive staff, but several issues impacted our comfort”

The location is very central, which is exactly why I chose this apartment — I know the area well, having lived in Jerusalem for many years. I mainly booked it because it was centrally located and offered a baby bed, which is hard to find in city-center apartments. We came for Shabbat and the Passover holiday, and I wanted to make sure we would get the crib and not be placed on a high floor, as there is no Shabbat elevator. Since I didn’t receive a reply via Booking, I contacted the staff directly. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very kind and assured me that we would have the crib, be placed on the first floor, and receive all necessary Shabbat equipment. That was very much appreciated. We asked the host if we could store our bags after checkout, and he responded quickly and kindly, allowing us to leave them in a storage closet, though without taking responsibility for them.

Jako Boutique offers everything one could possibly need at a relatively affordable rate. The room was clean, spacious and fairly well decorated. I can tell that there was thought to detail and whoever runs this place is hospitality-oriented, and cares about the guest experience.

The location is great, very central but not on the main road where the market/bars are so it's not very noisy during the night or early morning the room is great and spacious for a couple for the weekend, unlike tiny rooms which are only a bed Everything was very clean, including white towels and sheets

Not really clean, bad smell in the room, stained sheets, cigarettes in the window sills and a wall-lamp that nearly fell off.. no information on shelter and owner never fixed the lamp. the owner called after my stay and pressured for a good review..

The location is amazing and the bed was very comfortable, the room had everything we needed:)
