The staff were so friendly, and the rooms were spacious and clean. During Ramadan, I enjoyed the most delicious Iftar and Suhoor of my journey here—I'll never forget this hotel.

The location is excellent. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Gave us two rooms next door to each other, perfect for our family.

The hotel was very clean , mesmerising views from the terrace facing old city of Jerusalem. The staff receptionists Rawan and Fawaz were exceptionally helpful, kind and deserve pay rise . The hotel manager runs the hotel very well . Amazing team 😊 whoever I forgot to mention.

Perfect location of the hotel and a very nice view from the balcony. There was an opportunity to park the car at the hotel parking.

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Holy Land Hotel in Jerusalem. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and warmth of the staff were evident. Everyone we interacted with — from the front desk to the restaurant team — was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The location is good — within walking distance of the Old City and close to Herod’s Gate. While the walk to the Al-Aqsa compound is a bit of a distance, it’s still manageable and gives you a chance to take in the surrounding history and atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a restful stay. The breakfast was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement. The selection could be expanded to better cater for guests looking for a more continental-style breakfast, and an egg station or more hot options would add great value. What truly stood out was the genuine care and attentiveness of the staff, who made us feel welcomed and at home throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend Holy Land Hotel to anyone visiting Jerusalem — whether for pilgrimage or sightseeing.

Near the old city and very close to Herod’s gate, with Damascus gate only a little further away. The room I was in was clean and had a decent shower.
