“The hotel wasn't available and you knew it when you booked me. That is cheating. I want a refund.”
I booked the Dan Boutique hotel and it was closed for renovations AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. You transferred me to a different Dan hotel that I didn't want. This is Fraud!

“Location is walking distance to First Station!”
The noise peaked during the weekend with higher volume of guests due to a holiday. Children were loud and unattended playing in the hallways

Since my husband has mobility problems I enquired whether we could get a room with a walk in shower. The hotel accommodated us and made our stay much more pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave a very warm and pleasant feeling to our stay.

“It was absolutely amazing”
Breakfast was plenty to choose from and the staff was amazing. And we were approached every morning asking if anything else we needed. Cleaning staff was excellent. Rooms and the bathroom were always cleaned thoroughly. Lady called Mart Ann ahwr another colleague were so friendly and attentive. Thank you very much for hosting us

“very nice stay”
We enjoyed our room with a very nice view of the old city of Jerusalem. we loved the sunroof porch on the 3rd floor and sat there at sunset enjoying a private quiet meal. the room was clean and comfortable. the décor is not new but that is not top on our list. the staff were very very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was nice. The location is great. we recommend to take a long walk from the old train station along the old tracks.

“We will come back to Dan Boutique Hotel”
The property is located close to the Old City in a quiet area. The rooms are quiet and well equipped. Staff are welcoming and very helpful. We want to thank Saba in particular for his help, patience and knowledge of Jerusalem. The breakfast is excellent. A pleasant experience.
