“Experience a centenary house”

They were so incredibly kind, so cheap, and right at the center of the old city. It was very fresh inside. They have air conditioning but i didnt need to turn it on

I’ve forgot my AirPods by checkout, I did contact them they also replied asking for details of my AirPods I have provided them with what they wanted and offerd to cover all delivery charges after that they didn’t contact me, I have messaged them several time but not an single response, I don’t know if they check there ratings on booking.com still I please you respectfully to reply on my messages.

Staff were wonderful, kind, upgraded my room without request

Mohamed truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptionally comfortable and memorable. He generously upgraded our room and ensured seamless access to Al Aqsa Mosque, which meant a great deal to us. He personally prepared our breakfast, treating us to the finest local delicacies, and took great care in assisting with our belongings when we departed. Throughout our stay, he consistently looked out for us with genuine warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism. His hospitality was outstanding and deeply appreciated. We will definitely be back In Sha Allah.

Excellent location , very hospitable staff (they gave food on arrival and coffee when I came to collect my things after lunch the next day). Slap bang in the Old City, an authentic feel to the property, good shared bathroom and good value for money. They gave me a single room as an upgrade instead of a dormitory room bed which was very kind and let me store my bicycle indoors and looked after it the following day. Not your usual hostel, a limited self-catering kitchen with kettle, microwave and sink and limited communal area (a few seats in the entrance corridor for socialising and a small outdoor covered area with around 4 seats and a perch table). Breakfast was filled sandwich rolls, eggs and coffee/tea which was fine. Great for an overnight start and highly convenient !

Very authentic atmosphere and just 300m from the Western wall hostel owned by the local family. Best coffee with cardamon that I’ve tried in Jerusalem. Owner was so kind that provided single room, even I booked the bed in hostel.
