Not far from the old city. Bigger than most hotels at this price range. Nice balcony at the family room

The receptionist is not at all good, man. He is disturbed my by calling, calling again, and traveling to your place. If there is a problem with shabath, you have to inform it on the time of booking. I already mentioned I will reach there by 5.to 6 pm, then why is he making irritating by calling. I do not recommend Avital to my friends in the future.

The location is great, surrounded by restaurants, bars, the famous market and public transportation. We even found parking on the street, even though it takes a bit of effort and patience to find an empty spot. The room is big and bright with a microwave, a safe and a small fridge.

We did not get breakfast. The kitchen facilities are not great.For self catering it would be nice to get a stove.The kitchen had a problem with ants. We did get clean towels often. A change of bedding would have been nice after a week but was not offered.

The hotel has an excellent location—just a five-minute walk from the Mahane Yehuda Market, surrounded by countless cafes and restaurants, with 24/7 convenience stores nearby. There's also a light rail station right next to the building. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. Ours had two bedrooms, a small kitchen, and a combined bathroom and toilet. There’s also a lovely balcony with chairs and a table, perfect for relaxing. The host was incredibly friendly and attentive, taking all our requests into account. We loved our stay and will definitely come back next time we're in Jerusalem!

The room as not nice as in the pictures but the location is fine.

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Service with a smile and a good cup of coffee in the morning. He could have been more accommodating. Definitely would book again.

The term boutique hotel is the song of summarize it it is Avital hotel it's a family run especially specially fantastically well managed great atmosphere family atmosphere well located in the center of Jerusalem it is very important to keep those kind of hotel and not getting eaten by a chain or where everything is the same the only problem I have is that I don't have any more friends to come with me to enjoy this fantastic place close to the bus station the train station The Old City the city parks and the Rogers neighborhood where I go to pray every morning

Big, roomy apartment in a great location near the main shuk and opposite a tram stop. Plenty of good places to eat within a short walk.
