“Had it not been for this accident, I would have stayed at least one more night.”

I want to warn other guests about a serious safety issue at this hotel. During my stay, water started leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom (likely from the bathroom above). I was not informed about this, and the bathroom floor became extremely slippery and dangerous. While entering the bathroom, I slipped and fell, resulting in significant bruising and injury. I believe the lack of warning and proper safety measures created a real risk to guests’ health and safety. I find this situation very concerning, and I believe the hotel should urgently inspect the plumbing and ensure proper safety standards in all bathrooms. I am sharing this review as a warning to other travelers. Breakfast was very poor. The room is very outdated and clearly needs renovation.

The location is perfect and a very cozy hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommendable for those who seek non-touristic place and atmosphere.

. There was not a single redeeming quality to this stay. From the deceptive photos to the safety hazards and the lack of basic hygiene, there is nothing positive to report.

The staff are extremely kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Superb location close to good coffee shops, restaurants, and Old City.

ery very poor service i have never experienced that kind of ugly hotel before. one window won't close properly anyone can come from this window if needed 😂. very very very disappointed 😞😞. my booking is with breakfast included but they don't serve breakfast.

I recently visited this place with my family it was a wonderful stay, Great location , beautiful surrounding atmosphere ,staff was helpful , room was clean, close to tourist spots, value for money place, would love to visit again.

Staff and location was ok. 2 seperate room set with small balcony. Hair dryer and electric kettle provided and a closet. A fridge is also there with air-conditioning in room. Hot/cold filtered water available in restaurant round the clock. Bus stop outside hotel and 1.3 km walk to Damascus gate/old city.

The location is excellent, with easy access to everything. The room is spacious and comfortable, perfect for those traveling with children. The water gets really hot, and the bathtub is great for relaxing.
