Everything is excellent. The hotel is modern, clean and very beautiful. The SPA and pool are great. I hadn’t expected it, but medical treatment is included in the stay. As we stayed for only one night, the hotel administrator generously offered to extend our stay by a couple of hours so we could use the medical facilities. I’d love to go back there and stay for at least a week

It was our second stay in Jermuk, but first time to Moselle. I got to say that this is so far the only hotel in Armenia that not only look but also act as a proper 5 star hotel. The hotel is simply fantastic, looks fresh new, neat clean, quiet, very nice and cozy... They are really professional with handling their customers. For example, it was pleasant surprise that the hotel didn´t even ask for card details at the reservation, unlike other hotels in Armenia that can´t wait to charge you sometimes even at the reservation, or at the latest at the check-in (which gives the vibe of desperation). It´s located just in the touristic centre of the city, literally few minutes of walk from gallery of water... Also the parking is great, just in front of the hotel, behind the secured entry, which is very much appreciated.

The room and breakfast were excellent. Finding the play zone and library was an added bonus. We just wished we had more time to enjoy the health facilities.

They have a heated swimming pool & big comfortable rooms. They also have a medical wing with many different procedures available (we opted for a full body massage each). Staff are generally very friendly & helpful.

The hotel is quite new. Excellent room size and comfy bed and pillow. Swimming pool great too to relax a bit. Recommendable to go a 4x4 excursion to the Gdvevank Monastery and hot springs from here.

“Fabulous hotel”

I'd stayed previously in another, more expensive, hotel in Jermuk, which I enjoyed but, WOW, this one was amazing. The entire venue looks swish and new, and my room was warm and comfy with superb WiFi and a huge SmartTV. The room was well stocked daily with both still and sparkling water. Breakfast was a great buffet with many options. I'd booked fully inclusive as I knew Jermuk had little in the way of restaurants. OMG. Dinner was an absolute and utter feast. I felt guilty every night that I left so much of the amazing food they brought. There was a plethora of salad options, along with several meats and cheeses, a selection of fruits, plus several cooked items and heaps of bread, butter and other items along with a carafe of compote and several bottles of water. The staff speak a little English, and I speak no Armenian or Russian, but that wasn't an issue. The reception staff speak good English and were very helpful. The room has lots of sockets, including different USB ports. It's the only hotel I've ever stayed (I've been on the road for nearly 10 years) that has USB-C ports as well as USB-A. I booked the hotel as I had a lot of work to do and wanted somewhere quiet for a few days. This hotel was perfect! I stayed in my room for most of the day, working, relaxing and watching TV. It was a great break from all my usual hectic travels.

The hotel was completely renovated, everything is brand new, modern and well designed. The room was very well equipped and comfortable. Private parking, charging for electric cars. Delicious breakfast. Games room with billiards, library with chess-backgammon, game consoles. Professional staff. We will come again.
