The structure is comfortable and welcoming, close to the city center and it is possible to park the car in front of the apartment. Communication with the owners was quick and effective. The house is large, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. The only negative note: we found spiders scattered around the house, perhaps present due to the proximity of the structure to the surrounding nature. Overall, positive experience.

Big size apartments for reasonable price. Birds. Waterfall near by . Sunrises and sunsets. Style. Kitchen. We were taking breakfast in jermuk spa hotel nearby for 5000 dram.

Really big apartment, it was clean and all equipped alreday(from kitchen to shower). Great host as well that help in every thing u need. big recommendation.

Excellent location. Welcoming host. This seems to be a family-owned apart-hotel. I had a one-night stay with my family and was satisfied with the property. Awesome view to forest and artificial waterfall. Good comfortable room, separate entrance, everything's is the same way, it's on the photos.

“Comfortable apartment”
We had the ground floor apartment and it was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is very useful for being able to cook a meal, and there's a fridge/freezer too. The apartment is very close to shops, and a short walk to the mineral waters. The beds were super comfy!
